Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing clear, accurate delivery confirmations to customers and internal teams.
- Delivering excellent customer service while addressing inquiries, concerns, or updates.
- Assisting dispatch operations by coordinating schedules, monitoring routes, and supporting field teams as needed.
- Entering and updating delivery information accurately in company systems.
- Multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborating with office and field staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery processes.
- Performing additional duties assigned to support operational needs.
- This is NOT a remote position. This will require on-site attendance on assigned days.
